Repair enquiry questions

Can I enquire about insurance repair quotes?

Yes. Tell Elite Finish that you need an insurance repair quote and include your vehicle details, damage description and any insurer reference available. An inspection may be needed before a quote is confirmed. Check the approval arrangements with your insurer before repairs begin.

Can you help after non-fault car accidents?

Contact Elite Finish to discuss repairs after a non-fault car accident, replacement vehicle requirements and the support available for your circumstances. Share the accident date, vehicle details and a brief description so the next steps can be discussed.

What does ARC mean?

ARC stands for Accident Repair Centre. The term is used for accident damage repair, car body repairs and vehicle refinishing. Contact Elite Finish to discuss your repair and confirm arrangements for your postcode.

How do I request a repair assessment?

Call 0300 3034886 or complete the enquiry form. Only your name, phone number and a brief description are required. Your postcode, vehicle details and photographs can help the initial discussion.

Does the enquiry form send automatically?

The form prepares an email for repairs@elitefinisharc.co.uk. Review it, open it in your email app and press Send. If your email app does not open, copy the summary and email it yourself.

Can I send photographs of the damage?

Yes. Email photographs to repairs@elitefinisharc.co.uk with your name, phone number and vehicle details. Include a view of the whole vehicle and closer views of affected areas. An inspection may still be needed.

Is there a workshop in every listed town?

Location pages describe areas from which repair enquiries are welcomed. They are not a directory of physical branches. Contact us with your postcode to confirm availability and arrangements.

How long will my repair take?

The timescale depends on assessment, the work required and parts availability. Ask for the expected schedule when your repair is discussed.

Can I get an estimate from a photograph?

Photographs can support an initial discussion but may not show hidden damage. A full inspection may be needed before the repair scope and estimate can be confirmed.
